Exchanges
We are forever grateful for your purchases here at Naree Clothing and we want you to be over the moon with your them. However, If you would like to exchange any clean, unused items in your order, please contact us via email to let us know.
We no longer provide paper return forms to help save the planet π. Please leave a note with your name & order number in the parcel.
Exchanges should be shipped back to us at the cost of the customer and Naree Clothing are not responsible for any additional shipping costs or insurance liability.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Naree Clothing purchase you may return your clean, unused textile item for a full refund. All returns should be delivered back to us within 14 days of original purchase.
Please note, it is the customers responsibility to make sure all returned items are safely and securely packaged as we cannot provide a refund for items which are not in a new or in re-saleable condition.
If you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 days after the date of delivery you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us, or the money paid to get the item to you.
Please contact us before you return the item so we can provide a return address and know the expect the item. If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our very best to rectify the situation and solve the problem.
In the case of a refund, the refund will be given to your original payment method once processed.
