The Story Behind Naree
Namita was born in India, surrounded by a family involved in mass-produced textiles with access to all the shortcuts and fast practices used by big brands. However, we didn't want to follow that path. Instead, we wanted to create a culture that promotes slow fashion and meaningful, multipurpose products made with respect.
Reea, on the other hand, was born in Northern Ireland and grew up enjoying the relaxed lifestyle, with fond memories of beach walks as a child. She also loves the color and bustle of India. This unique blend of experiences and backgrounds inspired us to tie together the serene beauty of Northern Ireland with the vibrant energy of India in our designs.
